Thank you for checking out our page. We are located in Jacksonville, Florida just over the Clay County line minutes from Orange Park, Florida on Youngerman Ct. At our gym we strive to exceed your fitness expectations by providing world class training, outstanding service, and a fun, family atmosphere. Are you new to CrossFit? A seasoned vet? Either way we can accomodate your needs. We have a friendly coaching staff, clean facility, and awesome members. Please come by and visit us. Our classes start every hour on the hour from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and then from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The only things that you need to bring is some workout clothes, your choice of hydration, and a positive attitude.
